Questions
Answers, before you ask.
Cash-flowing online assets: SaaS products, newsletters, content and affiliate sites, e-commerce stores, mobile apps, two-sided marketplaces, and premium domains. If it earns money and the ownership can be transferred, it belongs here.
We connect directly to the source — Stripe, the ad networks, app-store consoles, analytics — and standardize the numbers so every listing means the same thing. We don't take screenshots on faith. If a figure can't be traced, it doesn't go on the page.
Through the platform, end to end. A buyer makes an offer, both sides agree terms, funds go into regulated escrow, and we run a guided handover of every asset and login. Money is only released once the buyer confirms the transfer is complete.
Browsing is free. Buyers can upgrade to Pro for full data rooms, the valuation tools, and the ability to make offers. Sellers pay nothing to list — we take a success fee only when the asset sells.
We can't promise a business will grow — no one honestly can. What we promise is that the numbers you bought on were real and verified, the risks were disclosed on the listing, and deals can be structured with earnouts to keep incentives aligned through the transition.
Operators who've built, bought, and sold online businesses and got tired of doing it in the dark. We built the infrastructure we wished existed on the other side of those deals.
