Using the marketplace
moneylistings is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of income-producing assets. We verify the financial information presented on listings to the best of our ability using source data, but you are responsible for your own due diligence before any purchase.
Listings and verification
Sellers must provide accurate information and grant us access to verify it. We may remove or refuse any listing. Verification means we've checked the headline numbers against their source — it is not a guarantee of future performance.
Transactions and escrow
Purchases are completed through our escrow process. Funds are held by a third-party escrow provider and released only when the agreed transfer is confirmed. Fees are disclosed before you commit to a transaction.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and your information current. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the platform, scrape data, or attempt to transact off-platform to avoid fees.
Liability
We provide the marketplace and tools as-is. We're not a party to the sale agreement between buyer and seller, and we're not liable for the performance of any asset sold. Our valuation tools are estimates, not appraisals or financial advice.
